Orange County author Barbara Claypole White will read from and discuss her first novel, The Unfinished Garden. Set in White’s native England, The Unfinished Garden is a love story about grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and dirt. The story follows software developer James who wants to face his fears and create a garden. This venture brings him to Tilly, with whom he creates an unusual and deep bond. As they work to build a garden together, something begins to blossom between them-despite all the reasons against it. White lives in Orange County with her husband and teenage son.
